OEduverse: Advancing sustainable research careers

In today’s growing competitive landscape, it has become more important than ever to advance the skills needed for a sustainable research careers. Outside of their scientific expertise, researchers are required to have excellent skills in for instance management and communication.

The Erasmus+ OEduverse Project aims to equip European graduate students with interdisciplinary and transferable skills that are beyond their specialisation but highly demanded by their future employers. Responding to the research community’s needs, the project focuses on three main modules: (1) mental wellbeing, (2) Open Science and (3) Communication & Immersive storytelling. [insert infograph 2]

Over the course of 2020-2022, the OEduverse Project will engage with early stage researchers through annual summer schools, skills-building workshops and events held in Dublin, Hanover, and Amsterdam. Researchers from all backgrounds and disciplines are welcome to participate.
